We ran The Royal Oak at Meavy for the past seventeen years so we have plenty of experience behind bars. Ensuring your event will run as smoothly as possible, from planning, setting up, executing and clearing up afterwards.

If you’re looking for a bar for a wedding or party we can offer a full bar service or a gin and rum bar for you . . .

The location of the event. Whether it is a private house, beach, marquee or a wedding venue we can make it work.  

The bar can be set up outside or indoors.

We can provide a welcome drink and then open as a cash bar or operate a totally free or chargeable bar. 

We charge a one off fee of £300 to provide the bar, glassware and staff.

We offer over sixty Gins and Rums all served with fever tree mixers and tonics. 

We also offer chilled premium bottled lager and individual bottles of Prosecco.
